Audio conferencing uses standard phones to connect three or more people so they can converse. Our audio conferencing is offered in two pricing models: flat rate and per-minute.

It's your "always-on" service that zips you to meetings wherever you are. Best of all, you only need a standard telephone, there's no fancy equipment or software required. The keypad commands are simple to remember for your convenience. We offer an entire range of low cost plans so you can pick the right one for your business or personal use. With the flexibility to choose, change or cancel your plan, you are not locked-in to any long term contracts. We must earn your business every day with quality service. Low Cost Toll Free Access:
 

It's simple to add toll free to our flat rate plans. Simply request "Toll Free Access" when you order. You will be provided two dial in numbers:(1) a standard toll number and (2) a toll free number. With the toll number, a standard 10-digit telephone number, people will call long distance when joining a conference call. They will see normal long distance changes on their long distance bill. If people dial the toll free number, the cost to you is only 3.9¢/minute/person. The charge only applies if people use the toll free number and will be added to the monthly flat rate fee. Top
 

Free Recording and Playback:
 

All flat rate plans come with free recording and playback. There are keypad commands to initiate and halt the recording of your audio conference call. The recording is kept on our conferencing bridges for at least 21 days, but no longer than 30 days, during which time anyone can call and replay the conference call recording using the standard toll number and access code. Top

Web Conferencing allows multiple people to view and share visual information using an Internet browser. We offer the full featured StartVisuals product in both flat rate and per-minute pricing models. All plans include unlimited audio conferencing.

Flat rate web conferencing allows you to conference call as much as you like while paying a fixed monthly amount. There is no software to download or install, and StartVisuals can be used with just a browser. Our Audio is Included--Always
 

All of our flat rate web conferencing plans include an unlimited audio plan of the same level. This gives you a complete conferencing package. Let's say you choose a 10-user web conferencing plan and decide hold an incredible 100 web conferences per month each with audio conferencing (toll). When you see your bill, it will only show the flat rate web conferencing cost you selected. The audio is included, no extra charge. When we say unlimited use, we mean it. By the way, you can use the audio conferencing alone without the web conferencing, anytime. It's all included. It's just one more way we try to give you a little more. Top
 

Just like Audio, Get Toll Free Dial in for Web Conferencing too

As with our flat rate audio conferencing products, you can choose to have toll free access for 3.9¢/minute for all toll free minutes used during a conference call. This cost is in addition to the flat rate fee. Remember, you can mix toll and toll free callers on any conference call. To reduce toll free costs, ask cell phone callers and callers with "unlimited long distance" plans to dial the standard toll number. StartVisuals Low Per-minute Pricing
 

Our per-minute pricing gives you the same product as the flat rate StartVisuals. No difference in features, except toll free audio conferencing is included. Our pricing of 13¢/minute/person, including toll free conferencing, sets new levels of savings for you, the customer. With per-minute pricing you only pay for the number of minutes you use. There is no monthly fee. If you do not use it during a billing period, there is no cost. This is great for companies who are less frequent users of web conferencing.
