You can choose either flat rate or per-minute pricing with our conferencing products. All flat rate plans
allow unlimited conferencing service at a flat monthly rate. Flat rate
plans are a prepaid service which means you pay at the beginning of the
month for that month's service. Flat Rate plans are set up to be
automatically paid by a credit or debit card around the first of
every month, unless you cancel by the 25th of the previous month. If
you prefer to be invoiced, you must pay quarterly for 3 months service
at a time and payment must be made in advance. Choose flat rate
conferencing if you are conferencing a lot and want to fix your costs.
If you conference more than 3 or 4 hours per month, you should consider
flat rate conferencing.

With per-minute plans
you are charged only for the the total number of minutes used by all
people attending your calls (no minimums ever). Per minute conferencing
is a postpaid service meaning you only pay for the minutes you used in
the previous month. If you do not use the service, there is no cost.
With per minute plans, you can choose more payment options including
credit card, debit card, or monthly invoice. Choose our low per-minute
conferencing if you conference infrequently or if you need the advanced
features that per-minute services can offer.
